We offer various spiritual program services from Yoga to Meditation, both as an after-school activity or as part of the curriculum.

Educators around the world have introduced yoga in schools recently, bolstered by evidence-based reports of the many benefits of yoga and meditation. Schools are finding innovative ways to combine academics with yoga and mindfulness – an aspect of education that is perhaps an increasingly important offering now with rising stress levels during the Coronavirus pandemic. The activities — some calming and some stimulating — are part of an educational initiative to help students learn by first helping them become mindful of themselves, their emotions, and their surroundings.  Our Yoga and Meditation service helps youngsters develop self-control and self-regulation. This seems like a good thing - especially in these days of high anxiety. It helps regulate anxiety when people are having panic attacks. They are developing skills to handle it and help them focus in class.

Our mission is to empower students and teachers with yoga-inspired exercises to promote lifetime wellness. Our vision is to make yoga available in all schools so that students and teachers develop body-mind awareness and the ability to nurture their own well-being.
